Adam is passionate about developing people and systems that create great organizations. His work as a corporate transformation consultant spans 20+ years in project, program and portfolio management with over half of that leading and coaching Agile teams. He has led and currently leads enterprise-wide Lean|Agile adoption initiatives for Fortune 100 financial, telecommunications, manufacturing as well as government clients. Adam was instrumental in the early adoption of Kanban in large, multi-team programs as well as a contributor in the first Scaled Agile Framework implementation. His leadership introducing lean|agile methods has resulted in a remarkable list of successes for both new and previously-struggling multi-team Lean|Agile customers. Adam holds a BBA from William & Mary and Masters in IT Management from the University of Virginia.
